Pharmaceutical: Multi-vitamin pill dissolution || Nano Tv

Observing the dynamic changes of dissolution in situ via dynamic micro-CT demonstrated in TESCAN CoreTOM. By designing such an experiment, the dissolution of a multi-vitamin pill may be directly observed and measured in its intended environment, leading to an increased understanding of the dissolution dynamics. Using the integrated in situ capabilities of the TESCAN CoreTOM and TESCAN’s own 4D visualization tools, the process of dissolution could be observed at 6 seconds time intervals and a voxel size of 60 µm.
